I just caught the last 5 minutes of Undercover Boss last night but I could tell from those few minutes that Baja Fresh is a chain I would be happy to support. Unfortunately there isn't one very close but when we visit my parents, it's just around the corner so I'll make it a point next time I'm there.
To promote the restaurant, Baja Fresh is offering a printable coupon valid for $2 Baja Bowls. I haven't tried these yet but I'm assuming they are like the Chipoltle Bowls which are yummy!
These certificates arevalid through April 24th and one coupon per person.
