Free Coffe for Everyday Heroes

Do you know someone that is a nurse, police office, fire fighter, teacher, or active military member? I'm honored that my brother is currently in the Navy stationed in Iraq, my husband and brother-in-law are fire fighters, my father-in-law is a retired police officer, and my mother-in-law is a retired nurse. Phew that is a lot of heroes in my book!

Dunkin Donuts is giving away free coffee for those everyday heroes mentioned above. Starting November 24, Dunkin Donuts in Phoenix is starting their “Thanks to You” program to recognize local everyday heroes. This program will run through April 2010 and will acknowledge five distinct groups: firefighters, police, teachers, nurses, and active military personnel.

Each month, one group will receive a FREE medium hot or iced coffee every Tuesday of that month. To receive the promotion, customers need to show valid ID or proof of employment.

“Thanks to You” recipients are as follows:

* Nov. 24 – December 2009 – Firefighters
* January 2010 – Police
* February 2010 – Teachers
* March 2010 – Nurses
* April 2010 – Active Military

This is an incredible program honoring wonderful people, so make sure you tell all your friends and family in the Phoenix area so they participate.

Thanks, Erin!
