I just recently learned about Coconut water but I haven't yet had the chance to try it myself. It supposedly tastes great and is much healthier for you than a lot of the other sugar drinks available on the shelf.
Whole Foods has O.N.E. Natural Coconut Water on sale for $1 this week. Use the $0.75/1 coupon on The Whole Shopper (a magazine you can pick up at Whole Foods) to get these for $0.25 each.
Remember to stay hydrated this summer as it's easy to forget to drink when it gets too hot!!!
